useful kitchen friendly staff convenient location
the room had a washer and dryer and a proper kitchen area. This was so useful. lily is really awesome and helpful. She always had a smile. it was not too far from the train and bus. Very convenient. there's even a nice shopping area complete with a grocery store nearby.

the staff provides excellent support and great communication right from the beginning. i even received helpful advice and support regarding parking options close to the building. they really covered everything you might need during your stay.

the room had a comfortable bed and felt very clean with all the required amenities available. i really appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a super clean and cozy environment. the room temperature was very good and adjustable to my liking.

the hotel is equipped with nearby parking areas, a significant benefit in a busy area. using the on-site washing machine with an integrated dryer was super convenient for handling laundry. also, i found the location to be very quiet despite facing the commercial street.

the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. the apartment was super clean.
the air con unit did not really work. i also noticed there were no windows for natural light.

the location is great. i found the bed comfortable and the kitchen has all the essentials i needed for quick meals. the staff was friendly and very helpful. it really offers great value.

I appreciated the kitchen access and washing machine. I could prepare my own food and wash clothes as needed. Beds were comfortable, AND the floor space allowed for easy suitcase access.

The room was very clean. The full kitchen included a washer and a drying rack. Air conditioning was helpful.
The shower had no pressure. The sound isolation was not good. I could hear other guests. Too much light came into the room. More curtains would help.
